True or false: Yes, there is intelligent design, but the Bible has nothing to do with it.?

Quote by Einstein:

';I am satisfied with the mystery of the eternity of life and with the awareness and a glimpse of the marvelous structure of the existing world, together with the devoted striving to comprehend a portion, be it ever so tiny, of the Reason that manifests itself in nature.';

Einstein did not believe in a personal God who rewards and punishes his creatures.True or false: Yes, there is intelligent design, but the Bible has nothing to do with it.?
That depends. Define ';intelligent';. I'll assume you mean intelligent design as we tend to think of it, consciousness as we understand and experience it, and creation by intention of that consciousness. And that you refer to the creation of the universe. (After all, of course there is intelligent design. A human being making anything on purpose qualilfies as intelligent design.) In which case, false. In the sense that ';can't be proven true'; is false. We can't possibly know whether or not the universe occurred as it did through conscious effort. Because we lack the necessary perspective to make that call. Remember that even the combined intelligence of the most intelligent human beings amounts to a negligible amount, on a universal scale. We know nothing. Just because something seems too complex to happen by ';accident';, to us, doesn't mean it is. To say otherwise (as 95% of the responses have) is delusional.

We don't know. I don't see why that's so difficult for people to accept.True or false: Yes, there is intelligent design, but the Bible has nothing to do with it.?
Everyone has their own opinions, none of them make them right. We won't know in this life, and will never, if there isn't another...
Einstein was a mystic! and has the answer for eternal life E=MC squared. I too have experienced the mystic message and put it in a web site. The answer is yes and the bible tells about it in a condensed version of what the Sumerians wrote about thousands of years before the bible. Try my web site it might help.
First part true, 2nd part false. Therefore some truth, some false.
True, the Bible has nothing to do with it but the Bible's author does.
Truth doesn't vary because of unbelief.

Yes, there is intelligent design. The Bible tells us everything we need to know about God.

God bless
Einstein rules. His views on religion I think are as great as his views on physics.

And he tied the two together so well with that quote.

As warrior poo flinger rightly pointed out though, ID implies design with foresight and intent, and I don't think that Einstein believed in that.
your parents rewarded you and punished you..so is discipline a good thing or bad.

is accounting for a relevance for you.

and next time you look at a leaf under the microscope, figure out how it was designed, since you figure man is the greatest designer.

Einstein was content with the mystery, and he didnt know he had the key to open it, to begin with.

So did he refuse his pardon of love from the Father indeed.
Einstein was simply being honest. True scientific pursuit is not about proving the existence or non-existence of God.

And true scientists can pursue science from either position just fine.
It's true, but not in that sense that the universe was necessarily intelligently designed. There is intelligent design because humans have designed a vast number of complex machines and structures to fit their needs. That's where the intelligent design concept came from, because some religious enthusiasts extrapolated the concept to conclude that the universe, in its complexity, must have been similarly designed. The idea presumes that complexity cannot develop through natural processes, which is a bit faulty.
Why think true %26amp; false, reward %26amp; punishment, grace %26amp; law, when it's biblically called double minded, and unstable?

It's not true or false that makes us free, but the truth only.

1st it's either make the tree good(grace) or corrupt(law).

Ye seem to lean towards law, which is both good + evil,

not knowing both good + evil ends as bad as life + death.

God can't die did not send his Son to bring us life + death.

That God sent J--%26gt;C to bring us (life + death) - death = life.

Noahic Grace + Law(added) was as Life + Death(added).

JC's Grace + Truth is as Eternal Life + Understanding of it.

As for Einstein, he is notably dead,

probably died from a bad case of life + death,

probably had something to do with grace + law,

which Jude reminds us is like saved + destroyed after.

As for ';believe';, it's the lower aspect of beliefs or ';know';,

which is why the Bible says ';believe not'; thrice in the NT.

Higher aspect is be not highminded, nor law puffed up.

Ppl recovering from highs speak of ';higher'; pwr ';after';.

The truth: my grace is sufficient for thee (no law required).

What sort of ';grace'; would be ';sufficient';? Noahic or JC?

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
True. There is a Creator.

20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities鈥攈is eternal power and divine nature鈥攈ave been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

True. Christ the Word of GOD

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
I think I can say that no one here is qualified to answer your question with anything more than an opinion, and I have to say that intelligent design implies intent, and the impersonal god of Einstein and Spinoza does not have any intentions. All things that exist, exist because they can and no more than that. That is the idea of an impersonal god.
False
Who cares what Einstein thought. Scientist are retarded morons who are prejudiced and ignorant than any atheist could be. Wasn't it a great thing they did helping the military by inventing the nuclear bomb and killing all the Japanese, not to mention putting the world in a cold war that gave the military industrial complex the public excuse they used to expropriate the country's wealth? Now the Bush is using the same excuse to invade other countries and intimidates us with his fear mongering over nuclear bombs that he claims first the Iraq had, but didn't, and now Iran has, but doesn't.

But intelligent design is the answer that pulls together what we can observe on our own. And that is that evolution is evident and also a purpose and a mystery is behind it. The fact that we are here using this complicated machine to dialog with each other, invented by an evolved form of live is a great fascination and can't be rationalized away by just saying creation and man is a fluke of nature. That augment is ridiculous, but people love to use it, because they love to have division and conflict, because they love to fight and feel their puny little egos that are so empty and dissatisfied.
Yes, there is intelligent design and the Bible tells how God did it.
False.

There is no such thing as intelligent design.

Evolution is the ONLY theory we have and it seems to work.
There can be reasons for things and information without a

mind.
False; ID is a fallacy, not a scientific theory.
Who is the source?
Intelligent Design contradicts itself. If there is a Designer then the Designer must need a Designer (must need a Designer must need a Designer .....).

Intelligent Design is a serious contender for the stupidest idea any American ever had.
Totally false. There is no intelligence behind nature. There is no design either. There are properties, enough of them for us to exist.
A) False: There is no intelligent design

B) True: The Bible has nothing to do with it
John 1:1: ';In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.'; This passage is often cited as a concise statement of intelligent design. To me, it fits with the notion that God is a similar to a software developer who built a big database of DNA and introduced the random number generator of sex to govern how it changes over time. Now God is watching with a combination of amusement and chagrin.
Intelligent design is false.

Utterly.
Intelligent design is simply creationism trying to co-opt the findings of the largely proven theory of evolution.
False. There is no design and no designer.
