I'll assume you mean intelligent design as we tend to think of it, consciousness as we understand and experience it, and creation by intention of that consciousness. And that you refer to the creation of the universe. (After all, of course there is intelligent design. A human being making anything on purpose qualilfies as intelligent design.) In which case, false. In the sense that ';can't be proven true'; is false. We can't possibly know whether or not the universe occurred as it did through conscious effort. Because we lack the necessary perspective to make that call. Remember that even the combined intelligence of the most intelligent human beings amounts to a negligible amount, on a universal scale. We know nothing. Just because something seems too complex to happen by ';accident';, to us, doesn't mean it is. To say otherwise (as 95% of the responses have) is delusional.
