False. No classified information need be turned over to the defendant at all because of the state's secrets privilege. In addition, regarding any classified materials or materials denoted as secret by the government, judicial review of the material and redactions of any secret information will prevent any info that should not be seen by those that wish to harm the nation from being reviewed. The fear mongering regarding bringing someone to TRIAL for crimes committed against our nation is, to say the least, bizarre.





Finally, after having this guy in custody for six years already the Justice Department finally has leadership with some balls that will actually bring people to trial instead of dithering and whining and trying to change the rules.
