i bought a 2 dollar eyelash curler, and it doesnt really make a difference. is it because it's 2 dollars? or would a 40 dollar one make a differenceThe more expensive the eyelash curler, the better? true or false?

I find metal ones work better than plastic. You can try warming it with a hair dryer before you use it to make it more effective. Some people just have eyelashes that are difficult to curl if you fall into that category you can have them professionally done with chemicals.
to me all mine work basically the same i dont remember who makes mine but it was around 6 dollars has rubber cushions on it and works amazing also cover girl lash blash does WONDERS for curling eyelashes i dont even curl my lashes anymore please dont let anyone tell you expensive makeup is better MACs mascaras suck and are around 20 when drug stores 5 or 6 and work way better
i bought one from wal mart and it works well...maybe you aren't using it right? Curl first and hold it for about 10 seconds..then apply mascara and curl again if u want
