Water freezes at 0 degrees centigrade. True or false?

I'd avoid wikipedia - it's not the oracle.Water freezes at 0 degrees centigrade. True or false?
False. Water freezes when temperature drops below zero. Ice melts when it reaches a temperature of 0 degrees.Water freezes at 0 degrees centigrade. True or false?
This is a silly question. Yesterday it was 27 degree F in MN where I am, and the ice on the ground was melting. Technically, it shouldn't have started until it was 32 degrees out, but the sun was on it, so it was a-meltin' away!
True, but there are other factors, such as humidity, that have an impact on it.

'Centigrade', as a measurement, is based on the properties of water. 0 is freezing point, 100 is boiling point.
True, 0 degrees Centigrade is the same as 32 degrees Farenheit, the temperature at which water freezes.
No it's not true. Also remember that water freeze and boil faster at sea level than higher areas.
True
