electors of the elected college are not bound by the constitution or by federal law to vote for the condiate chosen by the people of the states.
ummm is this true or false. i think it is true. can u help meHelp me with a true or false question?
True, it is their right to decide who they vote for just like any other person does, government influence or none! :]
