I heard it costs more to try to bailout a recession, than let it burn out itself, true or false?

Look at what is happening today. They are trying to keep the housing bubble inflated by creating a treasury-bill bubble.I heard it costs more to try to bailout a recession, than let it burn out itself, true or false?
I don't think there's any universal rule with regards to this. It would have to be judged on a case-by-case basis, taking the nature of both the recession and the bailout into account.I heard it costs more to try to bailout a recession, than let it burn out itself, true or false?
True, it is a natural adjustment to the economy , like pruning a plant, necessary but painful.
i think thats true coz everything needs to runs its course and there was a huge build up to this recession so there's nothing to do but sit and wait for recovery
