Since a trapezoid is one AND ONLY ONE set of parallel lines, the answer would be sometimes. This statement indicates that there is at least one set of parallel lines, but it gives you no way of telling anything about the other two lines. Since sometimes is not an option, I would say false.True or false-if a pair of adjacent angles of a quadrilateral is supplementary, then the figure is a trapezoid?
True. Supplimentary angles are formed by a line intersecting parallel lines. A trapezoid is one set of parallel lines and two not-necessarily parallel lines. But one set is all you need.
